DANCE PLATFORM RESIDENCY
A rapid-fire creation process with Michael Nickerson-Rossi and Chad Allen Ortiz —students learn new choreography in just six hours and perform it live during the Student Gala Concert on April 18th.

AFTER PARTY
An evening social at the Annenberg Theater for all participating students—time to meet, unwind, and connect with dancers from across the country.

College directors join Bridging Spaces, a professional forum focused on building partnerships with museums and arts institutions, followed by a rooftop wine social with food provided—a relaxed space for conversation, collaboration, and connection among artists and educators.

STUDENT GALA CONCERT
The Student Gala at the Palm Springs Art Museum showcases the top works selected from the Platform’s informal showing at Nickerson-Rossi's Dance House —an event celebrating student choreographers and the dancers who bring their vision to life. Plus a performance highlight by Nickerson-Rossi Dance, showcasing powerful contemporary work and the refined artistry that shapes the Program’s professional standard.
