"From Production to Broadway" Workshop

Join us in this exclusive, one-of-a-kind, workshop experience as we explore the world of Broadway Production through the lens of famed Choreographer, Larry Fuller, and Composer / Stage Manager, Michael Roberts! Mr. Roberts will share stories of his stage production experiences on various shows, revealing the core elements backstage that the audience typically doesn’t see that allow the show to go on!

Then, the mic will be handed to Mr. Fuller as he shares his experience creating the original choreography from the Original Broadway Production of “Evita,” one of NY’s greatest reviewed shows that shares the tragedy of Argentine political leader Eva Perón.

In the second half of this workshop, dancers will get out of their seats and learn Evita’s celebrated dance and music scene, “Buenos Aires,” - led by the dancers of Nickerson-Rossi Dance and Directed by Larry Fuller. The dance element will be recorded as a short montage in celebration of dance and the magic of Broadway!
