Join Heidi in this fun and supportive movement class designed specifically for people with neurologic conditions.
This class uses dance movements guided by music to work on rhythm, flexibility, balance, coordination, mobility, and social interaction while boosting dopamine in the brain.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Suitable for individuals of all bodies and levels, with options to participate seated or standing.
Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome.
If you are a fall risk, please bring a caregiver
or we will ask you to remain seated in your chair during class.
HEIDI BUEHLER

Heidi is a professional contemporary dancer, a Neurologic Personal Trainer, and a certified Dancing Through Parkinson’s Instructor. She is also certified in Pilates, Rebound, and Barre.
With a lifelong dedication to dance and fitness and a passion for helping others, she found a meaningful way to combine her interests when she became a certified Dancing Through Parkinson's instructor. This experience inspired her to become a Neurologic Personal Trainer specializing in neurodegenerative diagnoses.
Heidi strives to empower individuals seeking neurorehabilitation while employing a holistic, judgment-free approach. She strives to improve their quality of life by adapting to each client’s unique needs to ensure they feel challenged and supported.
She also serves the desert community by bringing movement classes to the Coachella Valley.
